The first principle of ALFOZ is to meet the requirements of its partners by providing the services and the environment of quality that made the reputation of famous brands. ALFOZ makes it a point of honor to ensure the authenticity and quality of these products and does not sell or buy fakes; we strictly abide by all national and international rules of law concerning trademarks.
OUR STUCTURE
ALFOZ has two branches in the two biggest cities of Libya : Tripoli and Benghazi, which offer excellent geographic coverage to our company.
ALFOZ has developed a highly efficient modern logistics organization with a fully computerized system allowing it optimum management of its stock and supply. Meanwhile, we have fully air-conditioned warehouses that conform to international standards. In addition, ALFOZ holds a wide fleet with air-conditioned vehicles and cash vans that distribute in the best conditions.
Alfoz has more than 300 employees, of which 43% are dedicated to sales with a Brand Manager at the top. Each brand has a team that is entirely and exclusively dedicated to it.
OUR MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Alfoz also opted for a custom made CRM system, hosted in Paris, to do distance monitoring in a reliable and efficient way.
In order to guarantee our customers maximum transparency and optimal administration, we have a database "SQL Server" based in Paris. Our partner, Blue Screen XV, has designed and developed a computer program for our management in 3 languages: English, French and Arabic. This program allows access for monitoring all stages of the process and facilitates the safe management at any time and at any place.
OUR LUXURY STORE CHAIN
In addition to its import-export activities and widespread distribution, Alfoz has its own luxury store chain in Libya.
MORINA was inaugurated in 2005 as the first luxury perfumery chain in Libya, exclusively targeting the world famous brands. MORINA has gained in popularity by making available to its customers, highly qualified personnel and products of great quality.
