Founded in 1992 in Libya, the ALFOZ group is specialized in the import-export of cosmetics and food products from the biggest international groups and prestigious brands.
The development of its distribution network associated with the strong motivation of its sales teams are responsible for a significant increase in its market share. ALFOZ with its trading partners has always grown relationships based on mutual respect and trust.

OUR STUCTURE

ALFOZ has two branches in the two biggest cities of Libya : Tripoli and Benghazi, which offer excellent geographic coverage to our company.
ALFOZ has developed a highly efficient modern logistics organization with a fully computerized system allowing it optimum management of its stock and supply. Meanwhile, we have fully air-conditioned warehouses that conform to international standards. In addition, ALFOZ holds a wide fleet with air-conditioned vehicles and cash vans that distribute in the best conditions.
Alfoz has more than 300 employees, of which 43% are dedicated to sales with a Brand Manager at the top. Each brand has a team that is entirely and exclusively dedicated to it.

OUR MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Alfoz also opted for a custom made CRM system, hosted in Paris, to do distance monitoring in a reliable and efficient way.
In order to guarantee our customers maximum transparency and optimal administration, we have a database "SQL Server" based in Paris. Our partner, Blue Screen XV, has designed and developed a computer program for our management in 3 languages: English, French and Arabic. This program allows access for monitoring all stages of the process and facilitates the safe management at any time and at any place.

OUR LUXURY STORE CHAIN

In addition to its import-export activities and widespread distribution, Alfoz has its own luxury store chain in Libya.
MORINA was inaugurated in 2005 as the first luxury perfumery chain in Libya, exclusively targeting the world famous brands. MORINA has gained in popularity by making available to its customers, highly qualified personnel and products of great quality.

Through our representative office in Paris, AMAN INTERNATIONAL, we can quickly and efficiently intervene in the following procedures indispensable to the perfect running of our business:Preparation of consignments (packaging, incoterms, design and the remittance of documents).

Shiseido Group, produces and sells fragrances for brands and creators with strong imagination and inspiration. Since 2013, ALFOZ provides Libyans with the Shiseido group perfume brands, such as : Issey Miyake and Narciso Rodriguez.

L’Oréal Luxe

L’Oréal Luxe opens a unique world of beauty Its international brands incarnate all the facets of elegance and refinement in three major specializations: skin care, make-up and perfume. L’Oréal Luxe products are available at department stores, cosmetics stores, travel retail, but also own-brand boutiques and dedicated e-commerce websites.

Interparfums

The company INTER PERFUMES intervenes on the market of the perfumes and cosmetics and specialized mainly in the perfumes of prestige. Since 2004, ALFOZ enriches the universe of the perfumes and cosmetics in Libya with renowned brands such as: ST Dupont, LanvinVan Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron, Balmain, Karl Lagerfeld and Montblanc.

The Brand Managers ensure the installation of the channels of distribution; they direct the planning, the coordination and the advertising campaigns of their own brand.
Our Beauty Consultants have an expertise and a perfect mastery of the range of products they sell. Formed by the training department, they are perfectly operational in consulting and sales techniques and are able to respond to each specific customer demand.
